7 High Protein Vegan Snack Recipes

It’s always a nice bonus when your snacks have a good amount of protein so that you don’t have to rely on always having a high protein vegan dinner.

Before writing this post, I collected over 150 high protein vegan recipes, many of which were snacks.

If you go to that post, you can use the filters to only show snack recipes (hide the side dishes and meals/dinners).

So that’s what I did, and the 7 snack recipes on this page are 7 of the best.

1. Mocha Brownie Protein Bars

This is the only mocha/coffee flavored recipe that I came across in my search for high protein vegan recipes.

You will need a good vegan protein powder, but there are only 4 other ingredients, which are all common.

2. Vegan Chocolate Almond Protein Bars

This is another recipe that requires a plant based protein powder. It includes almonds, oats, and chocolate chips (here are some good vegan chocolate chip brands) for a delicious and portable snack.

3. Blueberry Orange Smoothie

Smoothies make great snacks, especially when you add a little protein powder to them. This recipe is straight from Vega, and only takes a minute to make.

4. Chocolate & Hazelnut Vegan Protein Bars

While they’re called protein bars, these almost have the texture of brownies, making them a great snack or dessert.

5. Dairy-Free & Vegan Protein Ice Cream

Who said ice cream can’t have lots of protein and be healthy?

This vegan ice cream has only 4 ingredients and only takes a few minutes to make. The hardest part is waiting for it to freeze before eating it.

6. Sweet Potato Protein Bars

The last protein bar recipe on this list, but the only one that incorporates sweet potato.

As you can see in the picture, these have a great almost “cookie” texture, likely because the sweet potato.

7. Vegan Protein Balls

Finally, we have these no-bake protein balls.

Super convenient to eat, with a solid amount of protein, and they taste great.

That’s the end of this list. You might also like this post with high protein vegan recipes with low calories, most of which could be eaten as snacks.
