Easy Vegan Chocolate Pudding
This is a quick vegan pudding recipe that takes under 5 minutes to make. It has a ton of protein and still tastes quite good.

- 35 g vegan protein powder 1 serving
- 3/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Add non-dairy milk and vegan protein powder to a bowl in that order. Whisk together well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix completely.
Put bowl in fridge for at least 30 minutes if you like your pudding chilled.
If you're using protein powder that already has a strong chocolate taste, you can half the amount of cocoa powder to start with and only add more if needed.
